The management and staff were very responsive to our needs, making our stay a totally enjoyable experience. Most notably, when we accidentally left behind a very important perishable medication in the unit after we checked out and left the city, the manager ensured it was found for safekeeping until I could arrange for pickup.

I would say the location was the only positive side of our stay in this property. I do not typically give a very detailed feedback as I often do not have time to do so, but since my family and I did not enjoy our stay here, I would like to share, in hopes that management would make some improvements. We booked our stay through Hotels.com. The posting was very much deceiving. The property has no AC in lobby and main hallways; there's also a sewer outside the rooms. Unless you get parking before you check in, you would be carrying your luggages up along stairway up tower 2, or going around tower 1 and Landers. Per posting our units allowed to have 4 adults, yet the units only contained 1 double bed and and 2 pillows. Yes, there may be a couch, but this was all not specified in the posting. The units we stayed at had dirty microwaves and overly used furnitures and supplies; dish sponges and towels. The towels, unfortunately, were also very overly used, and smelled as if it had not been dried properly. Also, the units did not have all the basic supplies ready (toilet paper. You have to call a line, which there was no attendant at times. I do appreciate the manager allowing us to have an additional room on our 2nd day when we complained about not having enough sleeping space for for our party. the unit did not meet our expectations. We wished we stayed at a regular hotel instead. Yes, we saved some money, however, it compromised our convenience and experience.

Unbearable Experience – Would Not Recommend
I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The beds were the worst I’ve ever encountered. The mattress in our first two rooms was so uncomfortable that you could feel the springs poking through, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Things got even worse in the third room where we had to endure a bunk bed that felt like sleeping directly on a wooden plank. To top it off, the bedsheets smelled awful, as though they hadn't been properly cleaned. The unpleasant odor and overall uncleanliness triggered allergies for my family, making the stay not just uncomfortable but also unhealthy. This was, without a doubt, the most uncomfortable hotel experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone seeking even a basic level of comfort or hygiene.

My 27 day stay can be summed up in three words. LUXURY, CONVENIENCES AND SAFETY!!! Sir Eric and his staff are AMAZING!!! It was my first trip flying outside of the USA so I nervous about what to expect. I can tell you that I felt safer there than I did when I returned home. The staff from the housekeepers, security, maintenance to the person in charge, Sir Eric are a treasure for this property. Trash pickup at your door twice a day, daily morning breakfast and drink at your door, daily evening call to your condo to ask if you have any special requests plus house cleaning and linen service upon request. Grab food deliveries brought to your door from the lobby, personal shopping at Lander’s next door upon request and laundry service available from the staff. Additionally, driver service for transportation is available. One stop shop for all your needs. I have never been treated so well for so long and so consistently at any extended stay residence. I’m definitely coming back every time I come to the Philippines. There is no other place I would rather be. The staff is so pleasant and eager to help you. They love their job and are very happy to be there to work. I enjoy the positive vibes of them singing while doing the housekeeping work. I really felt safe, at home and I felt so welcomed by the staff. I’m already exploring plans to return for another short term stay and also making plans for a long term move to this beautiful area. Thank you Eric and your staff.

This place is amazing. The manager Sir Eric goes well beyond the call of of duty to cater to all your needs and wants. They check on you daily to make sure everything is fine. They will do personal shopping for you if needed at the local shops, take care of your laundry, bring food deliveries to your suite and provide any items you need. Sir Eric is a jewel for this place and works tirelessly to make sure you have a safe, clean and well provided stay from the time they pick you up from the airport to the day they return you to the airport. 5stars isn’t enough to describe this place or Sir Eric!!! The property was great as expected but the best was the customer service from the PM and doorman. They don't ask but tip the doorman 100-200 pesos and they will be sure to go above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable. I will definitely stay again.
