Upon entry the staff was professional and polite. Lobby area was somewhat appealing no bad words to say within the lobby area and staff however the disappointment was with the room. It smelt extremely bad, welcomed by crawling cockroaches everywhere, large mould stains seen on the air conditioner. By far the worst room ever, I’ve never felt so dirty in my life. Do not recommend this place, there are plenty of others around with similar budget and with a lot more value for your money

Good hotel

The room was comfortable,, good aircon. Nice view from the 12th floor window. Hotel staff was helpful with directions and getting us a cab. Overall a good place for the price

Rude staff and mediocre

They only provided one towel, and the weight staff were very unhelpful, I just tried to get some change for the grab, and they wouldn’t give me any change, but if I wanted to buy something, then they would give me some change. They don’t accommodate the guest well.

This property is scary. Cause once you open the door. Cockroaches crawling all over the floor and doors and bed and instead of hiding cockroaches are trying to chase you!!!. It’s traumatizing
