I recently stayed at Grand Westside Manila Bay, conveniently located near the airport and Mall of Asia. However, my experience was marred by a lack of staff availability, particularly during the check-in process. There was no assistance for luggage, which was disappointing. Additionally, the room size was smaller than expected, making for a cramped stay. While the location is advantageous, the service and accommodations did not meet my expectations. I hope the management addresses these staffing issues to enhance the overall guest experience in the future.

This hotel was exceptional for the price you pay. Stayed in the family connecting room which was perfect for 4 adults. Keep in mind the bed sizes are different (smaller) in Asia than in North America. The pool area was beautiful, and has a kiddie pool as well. There’s a sauna and steam room in the change rooms. The staff were extremely friendly, true Filipino hospitality. Would stay there again.

Food and beverage wouldn’t own up to mistakes they didn’t prioritize their customers experience cold food and bad quality. Refusing to comp one meal when I spent 1000’s of dollars in food and beverage was ridiculous. Unfortunately I would not recommend due to that Americans stay away.
