The room is great I think the cleaning staff really pays attention. Got a call asking if I was ok cause I didn’t want anybody coming in the room literally on my second day… the pool needs extended hours why put a bar when you cut people off at 9pm happy to spend $$ but not when the pool is closed before happy hour starts

This is our 4th time at the hotel and each time has really been a pleasure. Its the perfect location near the airport. The dining facilities are wonderful. Very pricey but the food is worth it.

Lobby smelled of vinegar (although we were told it was due to repairs to the windows, because the sealant had a certain scent). Good to know it's temporary, but it was still something we noticed. The heating for the water was just okay. Water was never consistently hot or warm, it would go from cold to hot every so often.

Great location and value

Best location near NAIA, along with outstanding rooms, service, and facilities. Filipino hospitality at its finest! Our luggage was taken up to our room promptly, and also picked up the next day for seamless checkout and on-time departure. Looking forward to staying here again next time we visit Manila.
