Check in was delayed by 1/2 an hour. Lobby was stuffy and crowded. Room had good a/c, but had previous water damage. Not as nice as Fort 101 in Taguig.

Great location and great value for money at this hotel! Room looked as described, however if you look closer there was a lot of water damage around the room - particularly in the bathroom and on the corner desk. The room gets extremely humid - my passport got a little bendy because I left it out overnight! The bed was comfortable, the TV had a wide range of channels. Only a short walk to the SM Mall of Asia - however the walk there wasn't the cleanest. There was a construction site that reeked of urine and we even spotted a few urine filled bottles lying around (obviously not the hotel's fault but just commenting on the area around). The location is also somewhat safe, however on our first night, while walking to the Jollibee only a 1 minute walk away, we were approached by a young boy who harrassed us for money. Fortunately, we had no cash on us but he did not get out of our way until we showed him what was in our pockets. This did not harm us in any way - it was more just an inconvenience for us.

I would NEVER stay again or recommend this place to my worst enemy. So dissatisfied. This is not a three star anything. The lobby was the only nice thing about the place. Hell, the elevators are so dark it’s like Gotham City…and when you exit the elevators, then you’re in for the real treat. The scent of mold slaps the hell out of you….and just wait…then you get to your room😳

Busy hotel that is close to the airport. They were willing to store our luggage while we waited to check in at 1400p. Hotel staff courteous and accommodating. The room we had fit our needs. Breakfast in the restaurant was good with a variety of foods. Hotel is walking distance to a few malls.

Very rundown but perfect location

The only thing good about this hotel is the location and the wonderful staff. It’s location is close to MRT and LRT train station, walking distance to Mall of Asia (MOA), close to the airport, and lots of dining options nearby. As far as the building goes, it’s very rundown, and I mean rundown!

Hotel 101 Manila is a beautiful choice when in Pasay area / Manila. Hotel is in good condition and has lots to offer at affordable prices! Love the staff at the horizon restaurant! Food is delicious! Front desk the check in was quick and staff friendly! Hotel has a lovely pool Great views from bedrooms , rooms are soundproof and big sized ! Love the location of the hotel also next to airport and mall of Asia ! Hotel is on a quiet community and taxi service to airport and Manila is very affordable like 10 USD 200 php to airport! Live my stay and will definitely be back
