Whoever was checking the room upon checkout tried shaking me down for money 2 different ways that were completely unjustified. Most of the staff were really good. Avoid this place especially if you are a foreigner.

Room and bed is comfortable. There are only 3 lifts, makes it longer time to wait. Lobby is quite warm, seems no Aircon at all. Location is very convenient with 7-11 shop downstairs and SM Aura, Market Market and BGC are walkable. Hope they can do something on the lobby Aircon.

Hotel was very clean, and staff very friendly. Close to shops , markets and restaurants. Downside is the traffic noise outside is loud, but it is a city centre hotel, so can't be helped. Would definitely stay here again.
