Unsafe, hostile, and predatory. Avoid. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Front desk and door staff acted like guards, not hosts—openly rude from check-in to check-out. The room’s large blinds collapsed onto me, leaving a bruise on my shoulder; no apology, no help. Staff then refused to let my partner leave until I checked out, and tried to charge 9,000 pesos for what they called a “small stain” on the sheets. As a business owner, I hate leaving reviews that could hurt a business—and this is the first bad hotel review I’ve ever written. I travel a lot, and this ranks at the bottom. Spend your money elsewhere.

Good: 1. Staff was courteous. 2. Room was clean. Not good: 1. The AC in the room was really loud. 2. The “king” bed was just two beds pushed together. I could feel the seam in the middle. 3. WiFi was unusable due to my room being at the end of the hall. 4. The Churros and pizza I ordered were really doughy and barely edible. 5. I tried the breakfast buffet the first morning and got there kind of late (about 15 minutes before last order, 30 minutes before closing). As I was trying to find a seat I noticed every table was dirty. All the staff were just standing around. Finally one of the staff runs up to me and asks “Where do you want to sit? I will clean it for you.”

Hotel is very convenient. Check in was good but the deposits are crazy. They should run a dollar than running the amount of 2000pesos a day on hold till your departure. I opted to give cash and they hold it as a deposit. The spa needs to work on procedures and know what they are selling. I was not happy with my facial of 3000 pesos....I have had better at the Mall of Asia for less the cost. Love the TRILOGY though!

We enjoyed the stay, the rooftop restaurant view was great but we sat at our table forever before we got a waiter and the choice of music playing was horrible, more for a younger crowd of people in their early 20's and it was far to loud. Play something with an older crowd which is typically the age of your guest. The music should be just loud enough to hear but not drown out conversation like your in a nightclub.
