i booked 3 rooms. one mabuhay suite for my hubby and kids 1105 it was fine inside but it had a moldy smell which i just sprayed my perfume so it was tolerable after that. my cousins i booked for a triple room but because i wanted to make sure we were in the same floor i upgraded them to mabuhay suites as well. they stayed at 1109, the room also had a smell but again i told them to just spray their perfume or something. but then their a/c became a problem. we had asked for someone to fix it and someone came and said to wait for 30-1hr for the a/c to cool its pay 1130 and it was still like a sauna in the room. the third room was premium pad for my husbands friend. he had no issue with his room. i always stay in kabayan but after this i might just look to stay elsewhere. the guards are always nice though. same with the front receptions. but they have to do something about the foul smells in some of their rooms. and apy more attention to their a/c as manila is already hot enough.

We arrived past midnight and we were given an old room. It looks so different from the photos. Room is a bit dark. No blanket on the single bed. Only one pillow on the queen bed. Too tired to ask for items. Staff are very helpful though.
