Friendly communication, nicely welcoming; privacy an comfort, easy access, and near two malls (walking distance; or a very short ride if carrying much shopping or when it rains). Recommend the personal touch of a well-provided, furnished apartment (big bed, couch, table and 2 chairs...), plus nice bathroom, fridge, kitchen with kettle, pots and, crockery and cutlery, etc.

As always, whenever I am in Pasay City, I love staying at Kabayan Hotel. It’s conveniently located near NAIA and SM MOA, and the MRT and LRT stations are just a short walk from the hotel. The staff are very friendly, especially the reliable and welcoming concierge, Jorge Monteman.

Someone is banging from afar like doing some work as early as 8AM. Aircon is not that cold, bed are all creaking and hard mattress. Mosquito flying around and toilet smell is so bad. Not to mention towel looks like a recycled one they are all super off white and smell bad. And they charge for extra pillow. Will not recommend this hotel.

I did not even stay for 5 minutes. I couldn't stand the bad musty smell. It is horrible! The staff are super nice and super polite, and I can't really blame them. But, good grief! The owner should fix that nasty smell problem.

The area around the property is dirty and sketchy. The hall carpeting was dirty. The shower only had one door which caused water splattering outside the shower area. In order to use the TV you had to suffer through the hotel promoting itself.
