2 tv remotes - both did not work! when fixed, only 3 local channels. thermostat did not work! bathroom fan did not work!. furniture looks old & filthy. roaches in the bathroom & sleeping area! staff only works 9am to 9pm & front desk does not answer even during work hours!

Room was filthy. Staff advised they are under renovation, they should closed and open after the renovation. Also no hot water and I was advised that the maintenance is only until 7 pm. I demanded to be transferred to another room, they send a maintenance personnel and reset the water heater. Staff are accommodating specially the security personnel.

ROOM SERVICE STAFFS ARE REALLY FRIENDLY... BUT FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS THERE WAS NO BEER WHEN EVERY TIME I CALL FOR A BEER.I HAVE TO GO DOWNSTAIRS AND DRINK IN THE RESTAURANT BUT NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE IT TO THE ROOM.. .. ROOM WINDOWS ARE REALLY DIRTY THAT YOU CANNOT SEE OUT SIDE VIEW.. BUT ALL THE STAFFS ARE REALLY FRIENDLY..

Too many requirements agreements that you have to sign, when checking in and then they inventory all items in your room and you sign a document that if they are missing or damaged you pay an huge amount of money before checking out. Did not like the attitude of bad customer service. But all the service peopple were very nice. Its just the hotel policy that is bad. To my taste. I will not stay here again.
