Excellent hotel. Live music orchestra and jazz featuring young Filipino musicians was an unexpected treat. Pool is amazing. Dine in service was fast and tasteful. Will make sure we book here again in the future.

Not the 5 stars I expectes

I've stayed at the Shang many times over the years. This was just off. Very damp musty room. Smell of mold. My bed felt damp. Granted it's raining season but it was unpleasant . Showehead was substandard as well. Plugged up and weak.

Convenient location to meet people

Great location while in Makati. It's very convenient to our intended plans of meeting friends and family with sorrounding dinning options. The room's a bit dated but still functional.
