Excellent Hotel, BAD RESTAURANT

Your Restaurant was terrible, the food and Breakfast were always cold. The Wait Staff Daily would get Orders Wrong, or Bring Appetizers after the Dinner was all most Finished. Coffee refills or Inquiring About if we needed anything was not Existent. I really liked the Hotel, But My Family will Never eat downstairs again. With the mandatory 10% tip Added the Staff didn't seem to care, Because there getting a tip anyway.....That Bad Business.

Best shower during our 2 week visit to The Philippines. We stayed at 6 different hotels and this shower was hot with great pressure. Walking distance to Mall of Asia, convenient for dining and shopping. Good location for airport. Helpful staff at checkin/checkout.

I like the staff. Very friendly and accomodating, room gets cleaned everyday which was fantastic. Very near the mall which was nice. The food area on the ground floor is fully packed everyday but still manageable to order up food. Overall not a bad place to stay either its long or short.

Stayed there for 1 night only but I'm truly impressed by the way staff made our stay very pleasant. I booked 2 rooms for friends and family and to make our stay more enjoyable and convenient for us Charlene made an effort to put us in an adjoining rooms . I regret that I didn't catch the name of the guy who made sure our trip to the airport was perfect e.g. time and the size of the vehicle even though airport transportation was fully booked when I first asked for it. Will surely come back to this hotel. Reasonable price too

The desk should tell the customers how the card works to keep electricity on and the shower floor is to slippery I almost fell, if I would’ve I might have hit my head on the cement floor dam! It needs to be safer to enter the shower and it should have sliding shower doors so you can figure out which way to turn for hot and cold. The breakfast format should also be changed I didn’t know where to get somthing to drink like coffee and water! I found out the waitresses were to bring and take orders for that and all they did was walked past us to other tables. The eggs should be cooked on a big grill where she can take multiple orders at a time not on a small pan one at a time. It would be better to make it all as a self serve buffet where you got your own food and drinks and maybe syrup for pancakes. Go see how other places do breakfast to get some kind of idea! My small frying pan at home is bigger than the two she was cooking the eggs on.
