The hotel was very dated and did not live up to 5 star staff. Usually 5 stars staff open elevators for you but the buttons were wonky and my hotel key card had to be fixed due to it not being able to be scanned. And shower was falling apart. For example the shower head was missing a screw and if you held it, your finger would get sucked in and due to seals being old, the shower water leaked into the entire bathroom. We were there for only one night thankfully. I will say atleast the cleaning staff actually knew how to clean rooms.

Very nice and friendly hotel would recommend you to stay, close to all the stores coffee shops and restaurants. Stayed there twice, when we first got to Philippines went island hopping then came back and stayed before we left
