Best stay in Makati. Residence club lounge makes the stay so comfortable and the staff are amazing. Great amenities, the gym and change rooms with steam and sauna was awesome. Always a great stay, thanks New Worlds staff!

Wasn’t a fan of the air conditioning

Everything was great food, service, and location except the room air conditioning. I even had the upgraded. I was able to switched rooms then second wasn’t like the first but still not cold like other places I stayed. Unfortunately won’t be back here

Nightmare on Saturday night in Manila

I arrived at 2:45 after being stuck at airport unable to get a taxi uber or any kind of safe ride. The hotel could care less. They don’t answer their phone and they don’t look at their text messages ..am no one answered the phone my room was nest to the service elevator heard noises all night long. For this inconvenience they gave me 1/2 bottle of cheap wine from chille Not the same experience. How ever the manger. Abby was very nice and understanding but gave up nothing do to upper management my maid was wonderful and well tipped
