Very helpful and friendly staff. I traveled during the corona virus lock down in Manila, and the staff was very helpful with my concerns with where to get food and necessities.
I was cheated out of my money by this hotel. The Expedia app had a glitch and it double-booked my room and they told us so but they told us they would not refund the extra room that was booked buy expedia's malfunction. Even after Expedia contacted them they said they would refund the money but they never did and now Expedia cannot get a hold of them. They are very dishonest and you should never stay here unless you want the same treatment. I would expect that Expedia would give me the refund anyways since it was their websites malfunction and they are supposed to represent me as their customer but I have called them a number of times now and spent over five hours on the phone waiting and still I have gotten nowhere. At this point I realized that Expedia and this hotel have work together to cheat me out of my money. Very dishonest

The room was no water heater, the sink was clogged, filthy with small cockroaches, that’s why we have to move to another room.. No parking for customers “first come first serve.”Staffs do not know how to greet costumers”I said Good morning to them) but no one answered me.
Won’t come back anymore.
