The hotel was very clean. The rooftop dining was a bonus. The only negative review was the shower water wasn’t hot enough. Overall a very nice stay for one evening.

Comfortable hotel

The Ramada is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms. It is conveniently located in Makati. The beds were super comfy and the room was quiet. The breakfast was also very good . Thank you

The Jazz Mall is within walking distance to the hotel but the Glorietta Malls are more accessible with a cab or Grab.

Good place to stay in Makati. Clean room, big and comfortable beds and friendly staff. Breakfast was alright, we loved the fruit selection. Only negative comment I had was the shower, seems like the drainage was not properly planned as it floods when you shower.

A lovely place to stay in Makati. We were initially put in a room at the front of the hotel, but the noise of traffic in the street was a nightmare and we didn't really sleep much at all despite being really tired after flying from the UK,. We asked to move to a different room and what a contrast. The view was stunning and although there is pretty much no soundproofing at all it was still very quiet at the back. We were next to the lift and didn't hear it at all. I think that is due to no unnecessary dings or floor announcements so was great. Breakfast is OK but we ended up ordering McDonald's, which was a bit better but not much lol

Very bad stay

The hotel is totally run down. We were shocked to see the condition of the room. The curtains were falling, window was dirty, It was like a junkyard attached to the window. The flooring is torn out. We had difficulties with switching on the room power. There was no shampoo, no shower gels provided. Despite these, the bed was comfrotable. We fortunately only stayed for a night and its still ok if you are Manila for work. But defenitely not for your holiday, honeymoon etc. This Hotel doesnt represent Ramada standards or Ramada chain itself torn down totally. Breakfast was ok just ok! The wifi was too slow! Despite these, the bed was comfrotable, receptionist and conceirge staff were friendly and helpful.

Booked 3 rooms with this property for my whole family total of 8, read through details of property so we could expect if there we be any additional charges. 2 of the rooms were double beds so we expected that we could sleep at least 3 in each room and then me and my wife in our own. Upon arrival only then were we made aware that there was an additional payment needed per extra person when the room was already booked and can clearly sleep 4 in each room. Aside from that we were very tired from our long haul trip from the US and were extremely exhausted. When we had the chance to actually check out the room it was extremely disappointing to see mold around the sink and shower area, not juat that but we also were put in a room that looked like had a water leak issue and black mold stains on the ceiling. Due to availability that night none was available for a swap and i had to call the next morning to get a room exchange set up. The next room we were placed in was in better condition but still mold growing in the restroom. A deep cleaning is most likely needed in these restrooms. The staff were great and food was delicious.

I like the room but my overall customer experience was so bad. Arrived on the 22nd at 4pm i think unfortunately the room was not ready yet accdg to the girl on the front desk but when i was about to go to the mall upon hearing that they said the room was ready. The aircon was dripping but there was no one from housekeeping who can fix it. A staff rang the bell and gave me a bath mat so i asked what was it for. He said i dont know they just asked me to send it to you.(?) they also asked me to transfer but i declined because it would be a hassle for me to fix all of my stuff again. There was nothing to watch on TV. Next day (23) a staff asked me if i wanted my room to be cleaned which i said yes immediately only to find out when i got back from work, the room wasn’t cleaned so i had to go to the front desk to complain but they didn’t say anything and was just staring at me. A staff from housekeeping went up to me and said that their IT said there was a problem on the lock which i didnt buy at all because i was able to get inside. I guess they just wanted me to transfer to another room which they said is ready. They could have messaged me ahead that they encountered a problem on the door unfortunately nobody informed me ahead. I had to transfer because they didnt give me any choice. Next day (24) i requested that my room be cleaned, again it wasn’t cleaned so i called the front desk and said there was no one from housekeeping who can clean the room. I was so mad that i said i
