Friendly staff, I got a room that was so quiet which I really appreciated, lots of hot water, easy access to transportation and a big mall just around the corner. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Manila.

Simply put, the staff is amazing! Friendly and accommodating. One big problem however is the cigarette smoke that infiltrates room 318. The loud music from the club was also a problem. If I ever stay at Rothman again I will never stay in room 318 or anywhere near. Location is centrally located. Again, great staff, budget hotel and great deal, no hassle with all the typical PI hotel surcharges

Staff are all very helpful and courteous. The cheapest room is a spacious 32 sqm. Bathroom is simple, functional. Really enjoyed tihis no-non-sense hotel

Employ staff are excellent: helpful, friendly, kind, and courteous. Price point excellent. Has a smoking area and parking. Within walking distance to Robinson mall, unfortunately Robinson mall malate has become a haven for beggars and street hawkers….even inside! If eating at a restaurant on the outside of the mall (dennys, Starbucks, etc) eat inside if you don’t want to be disturbed by beggars.
