The rooms have paper thin walls, so you can hear everything. There is also loud pool music which can be heard in the rooms, starting early in the morning until 10pm at night. The most unpleasant detail was the damp/chemical smell in our room and bathroom, which has been reported on other reviews. Overall this was one of our worst experiences in the Philippines.

All staff encountered were very professional, friendly, and considerate. I stayed here for one night before transferring to another nearby hotel (which was scheduled) and actually thought about wanting to go back to the Savoy. I can only talk about the check in and out process, the room, and the surrounding areas as those were the only experiences i had. Overall I would go back if I had the opportunity to do so

There was a construction right in front of my window and all I hear are two construction workers hammering metals. I’ve requested to to be moved to a different room but the room that they gave me was way smaller than the first one with a view of employees and customers walking around. Also the way the bathrooms are set up is odd. When you open the door it’s to narrow between the door and the sink that you have to position yourself in a way so you can open the door. Will be sending a claim to Expedia.
