I was definitely leery at first. I have never heard of Savoy hotels. I do travel a lot...domestic and international. I prefer staying at hotels with known names. After just 1 night trial stay at Savoy's. We ended up rebooking the rest our stay in Manila at Savoy. Pros: Hotel is located 10 mins from the airpor, 5-min shuttle ride to Newport Mall. I have a chronic back pain, so I'm picky when it comes to hotel beds.. their bed is comfortable! Hotel is very clean, staff are very helpful and above-ane-beyond accommodating! Excellent breakfast buffet. Con: There is a steep fee to get hotel transport to and from the hotel. We used Grab (similar to Uber). Much cheaper and more convenient. Overall, we give the hotel a 5-star. We will definitely book again with Savoy Hotel! .

I’ve been to this hotel before it’s very convenient. Close to Terminal 3 airport. I feel safe even at night as a solo traveller. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Check in process is very straightforward as I pre booked online. The property has a pool and sauna. Staff at poolside is very helpful and showed me around the facilities. I highly recommended this property to family and friends. I intend to stay again in the future.
