Give me the stuff from the visit room service and the person showed up prepared got upstairs with the elevators and other people and we forgot to bring utensils and napkins. Every time I go out were very helpful and excellent restaurant and stuff is also very friendly helpful.

I love that it is right across the street from the airport. You can choose to walk there or take a quick taxi. But more importantly, the staff goes above and beyond for your needs. I couldn’t get a grab taxi and they found me a taxi for even cheaper than Grab.

I called the operator several times at 6:30 am because there’s no electric hot water receptacle plug in the area to make hot tea or coffee. Tried to plug it in the bathroom but the cord was too short. No one ever answered. Called the operator several times again after two hours to get help for my luggage, after 3-4 times with no answer, I finally decided going to your front desk to ask for help. I thought I’ll try to call one more time, finally someone answered the phone and sent a bell boy to take my luggage. I reported this to your staff in front desk but doesn’t seemed to be interested….
