Bathroom flooded x2, once from hose next to toilet, and then while simply taking a shower , the entire floor area flooded again quickly with very little drain. #2 big stains on sheet wife’s side that we did not discover until next morning—-look like dried blood or similar stains that did get taken out in last wash .

O.K. but not 5 star.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel because I was told it was the best, but I had a lot of disappointments at Seda. First, my T.V. remote didn't work, then my shower was clogged, and the most annoying. I left at 5am on Saturday and spoke to the front desk agent. I told her I was leaving for the day and asked for my room to be cleaned. She said she would send someone right away. When I came back that afternoon. I was surprised my room was not cleaned. I had to call down and ask them to clean my room. They tried to say that maybe I left the do not disturb on my door, but I did not, and I spoke to the front desk agent in person. Now all of this would be O.K. if Seda was a basic everyday hotel, but they market themselves as a 5 star premium hotel. I do not feel I had a 5 star experience. The hotel is nice, but nothing more special than most hotels in the area. The best thing was their breakfast, and their staff is nice. I would consider staying there again, but only if I could get a really good deal on the room rate.

Good location.

Nice and clean hotel. Conveniently located near the strip mall which have lots of restaurants. Service staff are very attentive and friendly. Breakfast selection was only alright for me but service is good.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We would highly recommend this hotel in BGC. Great location, beautiful rooms. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Club lounge on the 21st floor is worth the money.

The only thing didn’t like is the swimming pool was under renovation and was noisy a bit .. they should mention it before customers book the hotel online coz for sure they know it’s gonna be renovation date But they mention that to me one day before the check in or even later which is can’t cancel my booking and will be too late

It was my first time traveling with my daughter and our first time staying at SEDA BGC, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was excellent—we actually looked forward to waking up for it each day. We stayed for 9 days and had an absolute blast. This hotel is a great place, though there are a few opportunities for improvement as they continue to grow. While it didn’t bother me much, the bathroom is probably the biggest area for improvement: the shower water pressure was extremely low, the tile grout was chipping, and the tissue holder was slowly coming off the wall. I also noticed there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which caused the mirror to fog up after showers. Overall, I’m very impressed with the staff, especially the food service, and I loved the easy access to everything—airport, shopping, dining, and more—while avoiding the worst of the city’s traffic.

Second time staying at Seda and it was great. The water pressure in the shower was great. Staff were all nice and accommodating. Front desk staff upon check it were wonderful. I’ll be staying in Seda again when I’m in Manila.
