From the moment you walk in the hotel, you are greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. One notable front desk personnel is Aira Cruz, who assisted me in checking-in, adding one more room to the three rooms I originally booked. We realized upon our arrival in Baguio, that my daughter-in-law left her laptop.

Great Hotel in Every Way 😃
We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to BGC. We are a married couple with a 4 year old boy. He didn't even ask to play with his iPad or our phone even one time, so he enjoyed it here also.
