Stayed here for the end of our family trip to the Philippines. Despite the long line we experienced when checking in during Valentine’s Day weekend, everything else was good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food to choose from, my favorite was the fresh taho. The hotel has direct access to Ayala Mall on the 4th floor which made it very convenient to buy last minute gifts and many restaurants to choose from if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Booked transportation service from the hotel to the airport and the drive took about 15 minutes without traffic which was a plus for me and the family!

A great place to stay by the airport, MOA, and other attractions. Cozy, clean, comfortable. Beautiful view of Manila Bay. All staff were courteous and professional. Breakfast buffet was top notch, with Filipino favorites and all the staples. No complaints, just highly recommended!

Seda hotel is in a good location, adjoining the Ayala Mall. Seda has a variety of foods for breakfast like American food, Filipino dishes, Italian too. The room is nice, convenient although the bathroom is somewhat smaller. The rooms are safe and has a safety deposit box. Overall, we had a memorable, relaxing stay at the Seda. We will be back!

The property had no 'SMART TV" I enjoy streaming at night and I had a plan to watch a movie. No netflix prime or even youtube was available. for a 4* hotel I thought that was expected. Based on that I personally would not stay there again.
