Outstanding service

This was a quick trip and first visit for hubby to the Philippines. Seda Manila Bay services and staff were all exceptional, always friendly and accommodating. Staff was very responsive to my husband's medical needs and ensured he was immediately treated by professionals. The location was perfect, close to airport with transport service for a nominal fee. Although it was a short trip, we look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you Seda Manila Bay!

The property was right next to Ayala Mall which was easy to walk to. Staff was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns during my stay. Shuttle option (with fee) was helpful too as we had a lot luggage to haul. Certain areas of the property could use a cleaning, but wasn't overall concerning

Stayed here for the end of our family trip to the Philippines. Despite the long line we experienced when checking in during Valentine’s Day weekend, everything else was good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food to choose from, my favorite was the fresh taho. The hotel has direct access to Ayala Mall on the 4th floor which made it very convenient to buy last minute gifts and many restaurants to choose from if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Booked transportation service from the hotel to the airport and the drive took about 15 minutes without traffic which was a plus for me and the family!
