If front office would insist on checking in guests via the computer set up at the lobby, maybe they should add another set up for when a guest’s reservation verification is taking a bit of time. Two machines should be ok.
Very helpful and warm staff.
We booked a suite, which is really spacious. The room assigned to us smelled like sewage, though. The room air freshener can’t mask the smell.
Location is very good. Robinsons Magnolia is a great mall with excellent dining options.
