Solid hotel - a bit far away from the mall but that wasn't a problem. Very clean and the rooftop restaurant and pool were great. Only complaint is that they called a cab for me and did not tell me it was cash only, which created a nightmare once we arrived at the airport as I had no cash. Would've been critical to know this information to save a huge headache and nearly missed my flight.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional hospitality provided by manager Edison. When we faced an unforeseen circumstance that required us to leave early, Edison went above and beyond to accommodate us. Although their cancellation policy was strict, he generously comped our breakfast and arranged a free shuttle to the airport. His kindness truly made our experience memorable. Highly recommend!

Treadmill creaking and the way to the gym impossible to find need a better signage . Also our room left open by housekeeper nothing is stolen but we’re out the whole day came back at night and our door was opened .

The staff is very sllloooowww. We had a non-working toilet. I called them 3 times within 2 hours as no one came to fix it. When you check out, they check your place and it takes them more than 20 minutes before they can get back to you. If you are in a hurry, don’t even bother.

We had a 2-night stay here. Clean rooms and most importantly quiet! The staff was excellent. Always friendly and attentive. It is close enough to the SM Mall of Asia that most can just walk over (about 10 min walk). A 7-Eleven is about a block away and the ever-popular Vikings buffet is about two blocks away (pro tip: Make reservations! It's super busy!) The best thing about the hotel is value. It's a very decent hotel for what you're paying. Hard to beat at this price point.
