Disappointing
I booked this hotel because of the decent reviews and the close proximity to the airport. The hotel lobby speaks of old grandeur but the room was very disappointing. The carpet was filthy, the bedding made me itch and the bathroom needs a thorough upgrade. I was particularly surprised there was no bidet hose which is common even in rural areas of the Philippines. What really bothered us were the unsavory characters apparent there which made the place seem a bit seedy.

Stayed for 2 nights prior to departing flight for US. Expedited check in. Requested ironing board and iron for room and it was there 5 minutes after check in. Courteous and professional staff. Have checked in here 4 times during 2 and 1/2 month vacation and found it to be perfect for short term stays. Buffet ok in the morning and pool is well kept. Need some slight room renovations. Well worth what I paid for.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel and suddenly experienced a bite. The hotel staff promptly assisted and checked the beds for bed bugs. Despite their efforts, we still experienced issues with the shower room leaking. To avoid any further inconvenience, we decided not to lodge a formal complaint and instead opted for a different room.

Hotel’s clean, safe, short drive to the airport, MOA and other places of interest. The staff are extremely nice, helpful, customer service is superb (from the Concierge, restaurant & dining, room service, cleaning staff and airport transport). Perks of free & punctual shuttle to the mall is a bonus. Communication with the hotel is done real time, got prompt response to queries and requests. A decent and convenient place to stay in Manila.

We always stay at Heritage Hotel everytime we visit Philippines, it has an excellent service. We would like to suggest to clean their aircon vent and it will be great if they have shuttle service from and to the Airport.

Although dining and shopping are not far from the hotel, walking to them will be a challenge due to traffic and lack of sidewalks. However, the hotel offers a shuttle to Mall of Asia where everything is so it turns out great.

Alot if construction going on In the hotel during g the day, was very noisy and the a/c barely works at all. But the staff was fantastic, breakfast buffet is one of the best over had around the world. Not bad for the cost, really good security for the hotel. I would stay there again. Small things could use some polishing up.
