Pretty good hotel, staff was really friendly and courteous. The pool was nice although the smoking area for the pool bar is close to where I was seated. Breakfast was great with a nice selection of western and Filipino foods. Room was comfortable but a bit older and they are in the process of rehabbing the hotel.

Nothing I like. I was disappointed on the hotel. The hotel is very unsafe place and a lot of noise. Expedia should allow customer to think about placing a booking even though the check in is still 7 days.

This hotel is not new but well-maintained. The interior design of the lobby and dining area was beautiful. The front desk, dining and porter services were very good. Our room was excellent for the price that I paid. Breakfast buffet included in the booking fee and the choices of dishes was very good. On the downside of my experience, I reserved a shuttle service from the hotel to airport… the interior of the car smelled like somebody’s body odor. Also, my husband’s hard-shell luggage broke ( as in literally torn near the handle) and it happened when it was loaded in the shuttle car. That was really bad!!

Each and every member of the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was well-lit, the beds were comfortable, and the room was extremely clean. The carpet could use replacing. That being said, we would definitely stay here again and also recommend to our friends and family.
