I checked- in late and from a long tiring flight I was expecting for a 5 star hotel To have the room ready I entered the room just to find out no blanket. Just 1 peace of small fleece. I called reception and forward me to housekeeper. I ask why bed doesn’t have any blanket and I was told they run out 🙄but he will get 1 for me so I’ll wait.. seriously? When you are so tired felt Like you don’t wanna deal with this crap. I have ro ask remote control for tv and air conditioner it was not there . I wonder if they do check the room before it became available 🤔 The smell of Mold when you enter the room . I called the reception to ask for security due to the safety box not working .. she said I’ll send security I waited and waited no one came and I end up going to the lobby and request in person . There finally.. It was bad experiences for me ..

The staff and service is stellar! Always treating us with VIP treatment and sometimes can be a bit overwhelming although welcomed. I would give this a five star rating, but, very inconvenient for Physically challenged persons. The only room they have available for handicap are two bedroom suites. These rooms are NOT properly equipped with the necessities to qualify for a handicap accessible room (we had to purchase our own shower fixture) Although the front desk agents are extremely friendly and helpful, they are limited to their capabilities when it comes to negotiating room rates for long-term guests. For common areas inside the lobby are very nice as the photos shown on the website. Once you get to the room areas, The brutal humidity hits you sometimes you can smell tropic weather effects which you’ll get used to. The best advice is to get the breakfast included with your stay. Well, worth the $12 per person price. I would still recommend Vivere to all if you want to experience superb customer service catered to you but if you have physical limitations, be aware. The criticisms in this review are persons needing a wheelchair. I have to mention, The services rendered from the front & restaurant personnel is AWESOME!! Amenities are close by, Festival mall and landmark is more than enough for your local shopping needs whether it be for groceries, etc. And during the late night hours, 7-Eleven is just a few steps away.

We stayed overnight due to a scheduled early morning procedure at the nearby Asian Hospital. It’s perfect for that. Hotel provided free shuttle to the hospital. Also very convenient to nearby Festival Mall. And excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable.
