Someone tried to open our room in the middle of the night. I wasnt impressed with the customer service, the front desk receptionist had her children with her and they were very loud and roudy. I wasnt aware of this till check in, but they require a breakage deposit, and i had to pay this on top of the room rate. It would've been nice to know this ahead of time.

Okay place to stay.
Place was okay, but would not recommend for more than one or two nights. Staff was not super helpful and check-in was a long process. The room was clean and nicely put together. But, the sheets seemed almost too small for the bed as they would come off the corners of the bed even with just minimal movement from normal sleeping.

We came down for the family trip to a local college. I made the reservation well in advance for a room that would accommodate up to five, but the reservation was only for three. We were actually four when we arrived. I told the person we were four and she acted like I was trying to steal from them. Apparently they charge by the person, not the room and was accusing in her tone. The room was fine. It had all the usual stuff although it was dated. Only complaints are that the room smelled of cigarettes and there's no elevator. All in all, once we got past the front desk, it was ok. For our next trip, I'll choose a different hotel.
