Check in and out was good. Nice service and staff. Pool was drained and not able to use. website photos are deceiving -the actual facility is not as nice. Tub was dirty. Breakfast was limited and what we did have wasn’t great so left to go eat elsewhere. Hotel couldn’t have helped this but loud out of control people after 12:pm for extended time. Choose the hotel based on reviews, location, website site photos. Wanted a place with a pool and breakfast. Disappointed We plan to be visiting Mankato often for the next few years and this was disappointing. We would not recommend this place.

We were very disappointed and wont return to this property. We booked late as this became a surprise trip. We had our kids with and booked a hotel with a pool. When we got there we got ready to go swimming only to find out it was under construction/being renovated. We got back into the room and none of us could sleep most of the night. The beds were uncomfortable and overrall it was a bad experience. I didnt want to cause a scene at all but we almost asked for a refund because of all this. We will not be returning.

Pool was closed...staff would not refund or discount our rate. Grandaughter came to swim with us...we rented a different hotel room. Manager said it was our fault for not completely reading the listing. We will not stay at any of the affiliated hotels in the future.

Staff was very friendly, somehow they checked someone else in under me so that was a bit annoying at 1030 pm to get figured out. The bigger issue is the smell throughout the entire hotel. It's moldy/musty and utterly nauseating. My room even smelled like it. Definitely won't be staying there again.

Should have just kept driving

It was a last minute decision after a long day and long drive to stay there. However the room was 77 degrees and humid in there, the AC was unable to be adjusted and the fridge didnt cool anything. Needless to say, it was not a restful night. Definitely not staying there again

We booked a regular king room, but we put in a handicapped roll in shower room. Room smelled likemildew, especially in the bathroom. Definitely was not a $250 room.
