Property looks nice, but our room had a pretty foul smell once we changed the A/C from ice-age cold to 70 degrees. Just didn’t match the presentation of the overall property but not noticeable until into the night once room warmed up just a bit.

Check-in was fast. The access to the parking garage is very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Great pillows. Location is great if you want to have fun downtown.

The parking is not as good as it could be. All of the reserved spots make it difficult to find a spot when its busy. The elevators are insanely slow.

I stay every year!
I stay here once a year. It’s clean, and the staff’s always nice and helpful. The rooms have fridges and microwaves. But the best part is the location. Walkable to so many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and even a large grocery store. There’s a river walk/bike path right across the street that is cool to stroll on. The one down side is that the pool is really small.

Overall it was good in the aspect of cleanliness it was an inconvenience getting around as we didn’t have keys. We also decided on this hotel due to the pool and hot tub and the hot tub was closed. The pool was so cold we couldn’t stay in it long our babies lips turned blue.

Cannot park a 3/4 ton truck in parking ramp because ramp clearence is only 6.8. Shampoo dispenser in shower was empty. Staff was very busy due to unforeseen computer issue by the software company, but handled it very well. Very apologetic, helpful, and did an awesome job. I would still stay there in the future because it's a nice property and in a safe location.
