Fairly new hotel in an old building, very nicely remodeled. Tasteful interior, fine materials, high-quality bathroom applicances (Comfort Room). Service virtually non-existent. Wine & whisky bar unstaffed on a Saturday night. Mouldy roses and wine coolers full of water sitting in the hallway. Restaurant mediocre and unwilling to reserve the last table for hotel guests. -- A typical example of a "boutique hotel" with nice hardware and no clue how to properly run a high-class hotel.

A Pleasant Surprise in Mannheim

Very comfortable hotel. Looks like it was recently updated. Wonderful to have air conditioning. Adjacent restaurant is first rate.

Cozy and central place to stay

Newly renovated, spacious, and well equipped rooms, especially the shower was pretty and large. Only thing I missed was a fridge. Staff very friendly, check-in and -out fast. Well suited for a business trip with a tram line just around the corner and restaurants/bars and supermarkets nearby. No fancy things like gym or spa on site, but did not miss that.

Sehr schönes, grosses und sauberes Zimmer mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Kleiner Balkon (304). Gute Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten sehr gute Schallisolierung. Gute Matratze und tolle Regendusche. Das hauseigene Restaurant serviert ausgezeichnete italienische Küche, eher hochpreisig, aber jeden Euro wert. Parkituation eher schwierig.

Perfekt auf der ganzen Linie

Selten so herzlich empfangen und behandelt worden. Mit sehr viel Herz wird das Hotel betrieben auch das Restaurant überzeugte auf der ganzen Linie. Grosse Zimmer gutes Bett und ein grosszügiges Bad rundet alles ab. Wenn man nach Mannheim komm nur in dieses Hotel. Sogar eine Tiefgarage ist vorhanden.

Sehr schönes Hotel in absolut zentraler Lage, trotzdem ruhig, gemütliche liebevoll ausgestattete Zimmer. Tageslichtbad !!! Perfect aber auch für Business Reisende. Und das angeschlossene Restaurant absolut empfehlenswert!
