This was a great hotel at competitive rates. On the downside, even though this hotel is in the middle of the city and offers no "resort amenities" it still charges a "resort fee" so be prepared for that. Also, if your intention during your stay is to walk from the hotel to enjoy downtown Mannheim each day or night, you should instead get a closer hotel as this hotel is too far away to do that.

Comfortable and friendly

The hotel building is modern and spacious. Room was comfortable, nicely equipped and tidy. Nice modern bathroom. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. Very nice breakfast buffet. They offer also customized dishes like omelets etc. Spacious parking outside. One drawback - very expensive vending machine.
