This property was likely very beautiful many years ago when it first opened and the highlight photos were taken but it has clearly been neglected for some time. Neither the rooms nor the property were as clean and sufficiently stocked with necessities as I would expect. The beds were not comfortable, WiFi was spotty, and linens seemed old and lacking freshness. The only upsides were the ac worked well and the few staff members we encountered tried to be helpful. If you do still decide to stay here and you want to order food for children, do not order the pizza. You will be disappointed. Other food options were okay. Thankfully, we only stayed one night. My family and I were very disappointed so I want to make sure future Expedia users know what they’re getting into. Expedia should require property hosts to post photos within the last year or two.

First off, if you are choosing Bahia please Download the app asap! Book your food reservations for your stay is super super important. The buffet food is good but the restaurants, that are available by reservation (or a prayer) are fantastic! The resort itself is stunning. If you’re looking for all inclusive vacation and not looking to leave the resort this is the place. *Note: Please be prepared for other travelers that may have been GREATLY OVER-SERVED. Had one night of screaming and cursing, no fault of the resort a testament to the bar I guess? Will Became a member. Will be back.

Everything was wonderful (customer service, the food, secure, ambiance, etc)! We will definitely come back!
