Is in desperate need of an update. Old and dingy. No ports for electronics. Furniture worn, etc. One very nice feature is the lemon/lime water available in the lobby.

GREAT customer service from Sheldon. Clean but cool pool (hottub has been removed). Nice breakfast buffet. We don't eat meat or dairy so there wasn't much for us. I wish they had a big pot of oatmeal (but they had Quaker oatmeal packets) or some home fries on the hot plate. Clean & quiet room with a huuuge fridge. Close enough to downtown to walk. Highly recommend.

Terrible stay
The hotel was under construction which was not mentioned on the website. We had a scaffold directly outside of our bedroom window. The men began working at 8am, hammering and such, which immediately woke my 2 sleeping cbildren. The room was awful. There were liquid splatters in the headboard. The curtains were extremely worn and stained. The shower faucet wasn't tightly installed so water was spewing out of it. Everything was outdated. The pool area was freezing, which made the water unenjoyable. And it is located at the main entrance, so there are constantly people passing by. The breakfast options were ok, except the eggs were laying in a pool of water. I will not stay at this hotel again. It was not worth the $160 per night that I spent.
