Horrific! The hotel smells like a sewage leak throughout. Plus, the noise from above our room wasn't addressed appropriately. Left the hotel in the middle of the night. It was THAT uncomfortable!

I am continually dissatisfied with the way u have to access the internet in the room. Shoild be a simple password access without having to go online and fill out ur life history. I wont do it.

Room was clean with great amenities. Kudos for having enough hooks in the bathroom! Queen bed forced you to roll into the middle. Breakfast was typical. Wish there had been more than apples for fruit and dark roast coffee available as we’ve typically experienced at Hampton Inn’s, but maybe they hadn’t been resupplied.

The hotel was fine....clean and in a nice location. But I booked a room with 2 queen beds for my son and daughter. When they checked in - they said there were no rooms available with 2 queen beds and they had to get a room with a king bed......They had overbooked! I spent a good amount on the hotel for the night and feel like I should be guaranteed the room I booked.

You know another ten minutes of cleaning could've done wonders and unfortunately, the day we stayed, they had a wedding party they took over the whole breakfast area and where inconsiderate somebody could have told them to move away from the coffee area. It's like they were at home, didn't care who was trying to get in there to get coffee they were more important.
