This is such a convenient stay!! But it’s very out dated and has a “dingy” feel to it. Not a 5 star not a 1 star but definitely somewhere in between. It’s nice if you’re only sleeping here and catching a game or concert at Gillette!

It was an okay experience at the Red Roof, when we got there it was semi clean. The room was damp and the AC was blaring with coldness and we turned it to warm but it still didn’t take away the coldness. So we turned the AC off. When one of us took a shower, the water came out a light brown color. We called the staff about this and they said “we will come up in 20 minutes to check in on it.” Nobody ended up coming to check on it. The whole hotel was full because there was a concert happening locally. The hotel room walls were thin and you could hear everything the people next door were saying. The up keep of the hotel and the rooms could be nicer.

Property is very dated needs redo. Tub terribly stained, bed was terrible w broken springs and sags. Remote would not work with tv. Clean but i wont spend my money here again. Manager promised a refund but have to go through travelocity and not sure how to.go abojt that.

The location can't be beat. The hotel was just renovated 4 years ago but the exteriors look a bit run down. The front desk staff was nice. Maintenance guy said 30-35 rooms had leaky bathtub faucets and it's been like that for two months but corporate doesn't want to shell out the dough to fix it. The bedroom area looked perfectly clean and new but the bathroom was not great. It's almost like they just renovated half the room. It also felt like there were more dog owners than other hotels. The safe didn't work and they don't do plastic laundry bags.

Hotel is a bit rundown. Our bath tub faucet leaked constantly which was annoying. We had to leave the t.v. On all night to drown it out. Back Entrance door of the hotel did not lock and was open to anybody 24 hours a day. Not much interaction with the staff, but what we had was friendly.

The bedding and floors were wet. The room was musty and damp. Floors were so gross you couldn’t take your shoes off
