Great front service. When there was an issue the guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Decent rooms for the price, though they do need work and some TLC. Was kind of disappointed that during the 4 nights that we were there, nobody came to clean the room.

Bath tubs look greasy and please don’t look underneath your bed if your phone falls there.Some reception staff are unnecessarily aggressive and not client friendly. Also, there’s the strange practice of holding your deducted money for incidentals for a good 72 hrs without any plausible logic.

I go to the college in the city and booked the hotel for my parents for graduation. The hotel is a 4min drive from the college and 2min drive from downtown. The reception and staff are friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing. Overall, we were satisfied and don’t have any negative feedback!

Bed bugs in my room
Had bed bugs. After asking them if they had a bedbug problem prior to making reservation. Which they told me they had no bed bugs. Second night I was staying in the hotel found two crawling towards me and my bed. Went immediately to the manager/ on Duty personnel and showed them the two bed bugs. They moved me to another room. Spoke with the manager the next day and was told that I would get a refund for my rooms and I have not seen that refund yet.
