Weird that there was no staff. And when they were there they didn’t talk to you or greet you. Didn’t see any kid friendly places to eat or go to.

Hotel price hotel rooms but motel services. It’s nice room very spacious but The front staff off work from 5:30pm. We had two rooms one room got no cleaning for one day and other room had no coffee or tea refills. So there was no front desk people to ask and there was no coffee or tea available at the front desk. The room service was very basic. They changed towels and made the bed plus changed the garbage bags…… that’s it. Don’t ask for detailed room cleanup

Disappointing

I was very disappointed with the property. It was not close to the water. I asked for a top floor room and got put on the first floor which I did not like at all. Unable to open the curtain because it was right alongside a walkway, so it was like a cave. Yuck. I will not stay here again.

Clean hotel, no customer service

The hotel itself is new, so nothing wrong with hotel, but staff is either not there at all or very dismissive. I asked for towels and they told me to go find the housekeeping lady. Many times during our stay there was no one upfront at all (during working hours) one time we had our towels replaced during our 4 night stay

The location and property itself is good. However we didn’t receive our room code and had to call customer service to get it (there is no staff onsite after 5pm), only to discover the code doesn’t work and we have to call again to get another code. Hopefully this is isolated issue, otherwise the hotel is good.

Large rooms and great swimming pool. Didn’t like house keeping which was almost non existent. Staff left early. Short on help. Had room cleaned once entire stay and that was to make beds and exchange towels only. No vacuuming or clean up.

Could have been better

Kids runnning around upstairs made it sound like there was a herd of buffalo up there in the morning. Pool is pretty small for how many rooms there are. TV kept freezing up and kicking us off the channel we were watching. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when they were there but 10am checkout is too early. It’s in a great location however and even though our stay was less than amazing I would probably stay there again.

New building; lady at desk 1st couple of days was very helpful and pleasant. Didn’t like shower/bathtub combo, no safety mat in bathtub or safety handles for shower (prefer shower only for old folks); recreation area closed at 5:30 pm - should be 10/11 lm at least; no front attendant after 5 pm and call number not answered; checkout at 10am to early - at least 11am; for price of rooms cleaning room should be every day; totally over priced!!!

Chelan-igan weekend

Beautiful decor and rooms with lots of things to do , pool outside and hot tub as well as games inside free I might add! Well built shower very relaxing with the small town vibe everyone was friendly. Great community lots of delicious eats to choose from.
