The lodge is not a LODGE, it is a Motel with clean but uncomfortable bedding. Not on the lake and pool not available. No personalized service and no lodge services or views. Nobody in reception, all communication via phone. Not cozy and inviting.

I had to check in using a link sent to my email, but the link didn’t work. I called a service number and spoke to someone at a call center somewhere off site. Checkin process was difficult. I had to text a picture of my driver’s license, which I objected to due to lack of cyber security. Finally the room number and door code was emailed to me. The room and bed were comfortable and clean but smelled like cleaning solution. We could walk to restaurants in Manson from this location. There was a game room with pool table on site, but it was closed while we were there.

Property was conveniently located to downtown Manson. It was nicely redone, the facilities were great, there was even a gaming room downstairs and a lounge with games upstairs.

Place is clean and comfortable. We were surprised there is no one at the front desk for a big portion of the day/night. Ice covered the parking lot and was very slippery. Would recommend plowing and salting to make it safer.

I prefer this hotel to one of the run down condos in Chelan (which have no view anyway). I was here in the off season, but it was very quiet. It says there is no desk but there are plenty of staff that I saw if you need anything. It’s in a good location if you want to be removed. My room was clean and the bathroom is modern so it is convenient.
