We really enjoyed our stay here. All of the staff members were very polite, and helpful. The clean up crew is awesome! They make sure every inch of your rooms are clean, and disinfected. Huge plus!The breakfast was also very good. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn. Great job guys! Y'all did an amazing job!

The lady working the the evenings has excellent customer service skills. My room, 220, had not been vacuumed and the floor was dirty. The tub had a constant water flow that would not turn off. Later that evening when I returned to the room, the tv would not work. I checked the cable and all was connected but it still did not work. I reported those issues but when I returned at 5:00, nothing had been done. I called the same lady who said maintenance had gone for the day but offered another room. I moved to room 211 which was clean and everything was in working order.

Everything was ok we were in town for a concert and after we returned to our room 214 we noticed on one of the beds that it had blood stains on the sheets, I notified the front desk and she was very kind and offered to switch our room, I told her we had so much stuff to unload I was very tired and she stayed that I would compensated for the issue. Other than that everything was ok.

Awesome Staff and Pet Friendly
This was our second time staying at this location. The entire stay was awesome, from the room to the breakfast. They have excellent staff and the best part is we can always bring our fur boy Spunky. I highly recommend this location no matter the reason for your visit.

The bed sunk in the middle and the headboard looked and felt greasy. The lamps were rusted, mirror and sink were dirty, & the iron had rust on it too. The staff was very friendly though!
