First time we stayed, room was clean-up to date and put together-quiet even though there was a event going on in the banks, the second time we stayed (this stay) loud, dirty, room was falling apart, fire alarm was off the wall, guy was outside at 4 am revving his engine of a loud truck and beating on stuff with a hammer. Will not be back after that experience. Went to thr main office and they did nothing about my concerns!

We stayed for 7 days. The room looked nothing like the photos. Grey brick with a bed that sounded like it was breaking every time you sat on it. It looked and felt like a prison cell. This could be a great place if it was kept up. Our room was never once cleaned. I took out our own trash every day and we used the same towels for the entire week. And the flies, omg the flies.

My family and I have stayed here multiple times and we've always had a DECENTLY good stay... However, this time things were different!! There were unsavory individuals smoking and drinking alcohol outside, staring at my wife. The security chain was broken on our door, so we had to put luggage and furniture against it to make our daughter feel safe!! Not cool!!! 😳

The only thing good about this place is it had a very comfortable bed. The water pressure was low and the drainage was poor so water did not drain for a while after using the shower. At 4AM we were awoken by the trash truck to empty the dumpsters right outside of our door. We were very glad we only booked 1 night.

First time ever staying here. Manteo is a really cool little town. And Roanoke Island in general is awesome. I only stayed here 1 night and really had no complaints except that checking in through a live Webcam kiosk was a odd and the volume on the kiosk is very low and unable to turn up so it's difficult to hear what their employee is saying.
