Ran out of water the 1st two night not a great response by the hotel. Checked out 4 days earlier and still waiting for a reply from the after I gave them our reasons why we left early.

Beautiful

As overall is a beautiful place. However, the room was very dirty, the curtain doesn't work and was dirty too, also the mattress were in bad condition. They have to improve the customer service too, because some of the employees were making fun of the customer, which is not very professional

Place was spotless. But most importantly, Roger and his staff were excellent and created a tremendously friendly environment. Then, you talk about the view and the food. All top notch. Don’t miss this place.

We had a great stay at Tango Mar. The owner always greeted us each day to see how we were or how our day was. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious! I took advantage of the spa and had an incredible massage. Gorgeous views of the ocean right out your window and the multiple pools to cool off in with the heat. Swimming beaches were a short drive away if you wanted to swim in the ocean.

Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en un hotel. Llegamos pasada la hora del check-in y la habitación ni siquiera estaba lista. No había nadie en recepción para atendernos y los números de contacto que dejan simplemente no funcionan, por lo que fue imposible obtener ayuda al momento. Al entrar, nos encontramos con otro problema: no había toallas para bañarse. Además, la habitación no tiene Wi-Fi; el internet solo funciona en la terraza. En pleno 2026, esto es completamente inaceptable. Había un olor terrible en toda la habitación,a huevo podrido literalmente, el servicio sanitario botaba agua, el lava manos botaba todo el agua…las toallas olían súper mal. La falta de organización, la ausencia de personal, la imposibilidad de comunicarse con alguien y la cantidad de servicios básicos que faltan hacen que este lugar deje muchísimo que desear. No volvería y definitivamente no lo recomendaría a nadie.
