We had booked a reservation for a standard room with 2 queen beds as we had 4 people in the room. We were told at check in that due to overbooking by third parties, the best they could do was a king and an air mattress. We said we understood, checked in and left to go explore the area. When we got back, no air mattress... and not enough towels for 4 people. We called to resolve the issue and they came with an air mattress but no linens stating housekeeping closes at 5pm and we'd have to wait until tomorrow. I was able to speak with someone reminding them that we were already inconvenienced with the situation and they couldn't leave us with no towels and no bed sheets. They brought us towels, no bed sheets. The next day we decided we'd just make the best of it and spoke with a maid saying we didn't need the room cleaned, just some more towels and the bed sheets. We returned to once again, no towels and no bed sheets. We tried calling but no one answered. When I came down to the desk to get the linens, several of the staff were sitting in a back room simply watching TV or playing on their phones. The clerk at the desk was dealing with another guest also looking for linens. The woman took my request and then left. We stood their for about 10 minutes not even knowing if the woman was coming back. Finally she returned and gave me 2 towels, bed sheets and about 6 pillowcases. At that point, I figured it was the best I was going to get.
