I wouldn't stay again

Showed up and they gave me a cheap room and said mine was already booked. I asked for a refund since i traveled thousands of miles for what I paid for. 5 hours later they magically called me and said they kicked people out of my room. Room was full of mold! Horrible smell of wildew. Room had NO HEAT! Had to use a hair dryer at one point to get warm. Zero water pressure. Took 20 mins for water to get hot. I called asked for help. They said that I need to let it run and wait..... Didn't have running water from 2-4pm each day so I had to leave! They only have 5 kayaks for the entire place. Which 3 are blow up and they leaked! Horrible construction across the road, very loud from 7am-7pm very single day!

Beautiful location, comfy bed, friendly staff.

Beautiful location. I stayed in a king room behind the office. Very comfortable bed. Had a ceiling fan and quiet room A/C as well as microwave, fridge and single cup coffee maker. There were pato chairs outside my room where I sat to drink coffee. There is a boat ramp and boat parking available outside the canal-front rooms. BBQ common area. Lush landscaping and typical chickens of the keys. Friendly staff.

Our room was quiet and nicely appointed. The bathroom was super clean and the linens and toiletries very tastefully arranged. If we ever return to the Keys, we would stay here again.

Very nice, very clean and comfortable rooms. Had to climb 3 flights but it was worth it. Very wonderful staff! Misle was the best! She was so helpful, could not be more accommodating!
