Hi there, our room did not have blinds or window coverings. It was on the ground floor, and in the middle of the hotel, which was a heavy traffic route. Also the TV had only one channel. We were unable to change the room, as the office was closed, and we had a late check in. The next morning when I mentioned this to the office receptionist, she said that she knew that, and it had yet to be repaired. I don't understand why this room was even rented to us.

Black Mold in ac unit made my wife sick on the First night! And room didn't match pictures of room. No balcony no grill a ridiculously small bathroom. And the toilet wasnt sealed properly against the floor so the sewer smell was seeping in slowly.

We stayed here while driving down the Florida Keys. The amenities are excellent if you get there early. First come first serve. We saw jellyfish in the water and it was beautiful. Customer service was very accommodating since we didn’t arrive until after they closed.

Dirty sheets, dirty room full of dust, beds hard as a rock front desk agent super rude and not helpful no one at the hotel works after 5 pm not helpful at all.
