Rooms too small
Hotel is beautiful but the rooms are far too small for a family of 5.
Cookies given at check-in which my kids absolutely loved. Hotel looks stunning and everyone was really excited.
The room was beautiful but for 5 people the size wasn't good. Even 4 people would be a tight squeeze.
A fridge was advertised and being USA and having just stayed in another hotel that had a full American sized fridge I expected an actual fridge not a small mini fridge and had bought fruit in the supermarket which we then couldn't store. The mini fridge was stocked and there was also a tray on the counter with wine, prosecco, sweets and a few other items. It was not clear whether this was complimentary or not. We asked a number of times and were told to check the price list in our room....there wasn't one hence we asked. We were eventually given a price list and these items were certainly NOT complimentary!!
Pools were nice, towels provided, gym was good and nice and cool.
Restaurant was very expensive and nothing my kids would eat on the menu so we went out for dinner.
You can use the facilities at the sister hotel next door and we did go to the infinity pool and to use the beach as they wanted to swim. The beach consists of a small area of sand and some sun loungers but the water isn't accessible for swimming. There is a boat jetty though.
Overall a lovely hotel for a small family or a couple but for us was just too small. We were there for 2 nights and couldn't have managed longer
