We couldnt figure out why this was only 4 star. Perhaps it is the lack of room service. When I ordered hot tea brought to my room I was presented with tea bags and paper cups and told that the water dispensers provided hot water. I tried two but neither worked. And no microwave in the room so this Brit had to go without his afternoon tea.
