nice Marathon overnight
Great overnight for the Florida Keys Celtic Festival! Everything we needed for a comfortable night, nothing fancy or unneeded. We didn't get to enjoy the pool since a cold front came through.

Can't really complain at price for location.
For a motel set up, met the requirements. Clean, safe, convenient parking. Nice location and staff helpful. Only issue was that it's not clear if you need to leave before the office opens you have to arrange this. Nothing on the hotels.com site states this and it's only on information given at resort. Delayed my arrival at next destination by 2 hours as I had to wait for the office to open before I could check out.

Room was a little dated but was nice and clean. Nice for what we paid. Parking i would give a 3, we had no issues but worried that it would get hit because of how parking was. Only that would have been nice was to have a mat in the tile shower because it would get slippery.

Property was conveniently located in Marathon. We appreciated the coffee bar in the morning! Parking was a bit tight, but manageable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I would complained about is that the sheets were old, the touch was not soft, but there were prestine clean. For one night regarding the price we paid it was ok.

Black mold in bathroom:(
Cool room by the water that included a screened porch, but… Black mold in the bathroom, very limited furniture.. the room definitely needs love attention… Coolest part was that we saw manatees from the dock! :)

The location was great and check-in was smooth and fast. The rooms are lovely but could do with a good deep clean and repaint. Some of the fixtures are old. Towels were changed every day and lovely shampoo and conditioner available. Overall a lovely place to stay but could do with a few minor updates.

Beautiful, clean well kept property. My biggest problem was the wild chickens on the property. The roosters would crow outside my windows every morning starting around 230 am. I complained to the front desk, but unfortunately, they said there was nothing they could do. They did not offer to move me to perhaps a more quiet room. After researching, I found there are many options to move/rehome, or change the environment to make it less comfortable for the chickens in a legal and humane way. Because of this, highly unlikely to stay or recommend this property

Room was clean and bright. Chickens wandering around are cute. But there is no ice machine—they sell ice in the lobby for $3 a bag. It’s just me—what do I want with 6lbs of ice?
