Great hotel a short 10 min walk from the main plaza. I travelled with my family and the room was comfortable and big enough for us all. They had a complementary water fill station with containers to bring to your room. The staff was attentive and helpful when we needed.

My only complaint (and it is a very small one) is that there were only 2 spare plug sockets and we had to move the beds to get to them Otherwise a lovely second stay

Great location to explore Krakow. Room had air conditioning and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel does have a small elevator which was appreciated after days of walking. Would highly recommend staying if in Krakow.

Perfect location! Very close to the market square, in a great neighborhood full of great restaurants and coffee shops. Brand new amenities. Staff is very helpful and spoke excellent English. Highly recommend!

Just quality from beginning to end

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious. This is the perfect boutique hotel for couples looking to explore Kraków’s Old Town. Location is perfect!
