Beautiful Mardin
It was one of the better experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service for a perfect stay. The hotel service was excellent and the location was perfect. Will stay here again when im back!

A fantastic stay in Mardin. Slightly difficult to manoeuvre with cars but easily accessible by foot. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Hotel was super clean with new appliances and very well taken care of. Thank you for the incredible stay and tour of the beautiful Mardin.

Çok güzel hizmet aldık.
Oda çok güzel, düzenli, temiz ve çok rahat bir ortamı var. Oda ile ilgili hiç bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık. Çalıçanlar çok ilgili veher konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Kahvaltı güzel, ürünler taze ve lezzetliydi. Biz ailecek çok memnun kaldık.

İlgili Personel
Mardin Kalesine ve çarşıya oldukça yakındı, çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü ve rahat bir konaklama geçirmemiz için ilgililerdi. Oda geniş ve rahattı. Hatta oda da ütü, mini bir ütü masası ve seccade bile vardı. Ufak tefek sorunlar oldu. Odaya check-in saatinden sonra gitmeme rağmen oda hazır değildi, yarım saat kadar bekledim odanın hazır olması için. Odaya girdiğimde de banyo musluğu akıtıyordu, bildirdiğimde haberimiz var tamir edilecek denildi. Üç kere tamir edilmesi için odaya gelindi, daha sonra tamir edildi. Sonraki günlerde havlu eksikliği oldu, resepsiyonun yerinde olmadığı bir zamana denk geldiğim için eksik havluyu temin edemedim. Başka bir günde de oda temizliği sonrası odaya döndüğümde çarşaflar henüz serilmemişti, 1 saatten fazla bekledim çarşafların serilmesi için. Gecikme için özür de dilediler. Bunlar çok rahatsız edici değildi, fakat ben odaya check-in yaptığımda böyle sorunların olmamasını odanın tamamen hazır olmasını beklerdim.Personel çok ilgili güler yüzlüydü bu açıdan konaklama iyiydi.

Görevliler çok ilgiliydi temizlik iyiydi yalnız GoogleMaps ten konum girince otele gitmek için çok merdiven çıkmak gerekiyor onun yerine taksi durağının oradaki sokaktan girip yürüyünce yol biraz uzuyor ama düz yol olduğu için daha basit oluyor.

Superbe hôtel .
Magnifique hôtel, la chambre etait super joli , propre.Le petit déjeuner super bon. Un grand merci aux personnels de l'hotel aimable et d'une gentillesse extreme . Le plus de cet hotel est le parking car tres difficle de trouve des places à Mardin. Je reviendrai lors de mon prochain sejour à Mardin Inshallah.
