La verdad que estoy muy disgustado ya que hice mi reservación a traves de EXPEDIA y al llegar al hotel la reserva no aparecía pero me tomaron la tarjeta y me dijeron que seguro llegaría y sino me lo cobrarían a la tarjeta. para mi sorpresa al hacer check out el hotel pe dijo que la "Nueva Administracion" solo trabajaba con "BOOKINGS" y que no tenia acuerdo alguno con Expedia. entonces para poder irme del hotel debían cobrarme la estadía en ese momento. asi que la pague con mi tarjeta y realice el reclamo a expedía. luego de una semana expedía dice que no va a devolverme el cargo que pague con ellos y tambien tengo el cargo del pago al hacer check out. definitivamente alguien miente y se aprovechan de los clientes. esto debe ser tomado en cuenta a la hora de volver hacer alguna reserva a traves del portal donde según mi uso soy cliente Platinum.

Excelente las instalaciones el entorno con las piscinas inigualable. Teníamos piscina pequeña para cada habitación. Los niños disfrutaron al máximo. Camas muy cómodas y amplia la habitación. El desayuno súper bueno varios menús y el personal muy amable y siempre atentos. Atención personalizada. Lo repetiría otra vez. Gracias

This is an older property and even the new wing require some upgrades. Bathrooms and toilet areas need a deep refreshing. Stained toilet seats, old plumbing fixtures, dirty grout lines etc. Beds and blankets/duvet cover provided not the most comfortable. Room is basic. No iron, no ironing board, no kettle, no phone, etc. There was a mini refrigerator and a bottle water was provided with two glasses. Food variety limited and repeated daily but enough was available. Very little staff spoke any English, however, they tried to be as helpful as they could. They all seemed very polite. Pool and pool areas very relaxing and the external areas were well kept and generally a beautiful ambiance. Pool view was very beautiful at night. Overall an ok experience.

In my opition was the food , the breakfast was excellent but the dinner and lunch need more options.
