Desk chair did not adjust up or down and was too low to use effectively at the desk. WiFi was very spotty. It kept disconnecting and reconnecting which made working very frustrating.

The desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The beds were super comfortable. Room had the typical amenities for a satisfying stay. However, low lighting was a problem for me with my low vision.
