A too light of a sleeper but the price was right!

We had a good trip to go to thewilds.org and then great museums in Zanesville & surround areas. This hotel was a good location for all the trips. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the price is excellent. It was a good location for the places we were going in the area. Some of the downsides were the pillows were too large, the bathroom sink did not drain well and it was noisy--both from being close to roads as well as the bedroom doors that always slammed and echoed through the building. That noise would get your attention at 3 pm and 3 AM. As a light sleeper, it affected my sleeping-maybe more my problem than the hotel's problem.

First time to stay at this location. Convenient for my purposes. Very clean. Room was roomy and satisfactory. Pet friendly. Affordable. Would suggest more or variety of breakfast options. Same thing every day is currently offered.

Small Touches Made a Great Addition to the Stay

The Days Inn & Suites in Caldwell, OH was extremely clean and comfortable, and the people who worked there were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to add those small touches that made the stay even better. There was not only coffee and tea at hand, but a large container of fresh ice water in the lobby near their many awards. The tea came in some great flavors. The front clerk made sure we knew everything needed - from wifi to TV, and offered immediate help if we needed anything at all. The small touches extended to our room - which they had already cooled down on the hot day we arrived, so that we entered to a fresh, clean scent and AC. Also loved the fact that the products they offered were green - glad to help the environment. All in all, a great place to stay.

I booked this for my daughter and my grandson it was also pet friendly. She said it was one if the best hotels she had ever stayed in. I was very pleased. The staff was wonderful it was clean and she was safe.
