Did not like that window covers were broken so we had no natural light. Otherwise, we did like the facility and staff. Especially Chef Ed.

The sheets had not been changed when we got into the room and the toilet had not been cleaned. There was pee drops on the toilet seat. When we told the people at the desk, one of them went up to reclean the room. But afterwards there was the same stain on one of the sheets. We generally try to stay in Holiday Inn Express motels because we have found them to be consistently good. We can no longer make that assumption. Very disapponted.

The hotel was really clean and we had no problems whatsoever. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The pool was clean and towels were well stocked. The only bad thing was that they Jim was not open as it said all the treadmills were down.

My only criticism is of Expedia for charging me an extra 42.00 because I made the reservation and needed to change it by one day. Because of this I won’t be using Expedia for any bookings from now on , so enjoy the 43 bucks.
