Location great, really a budget hotel but still very high priced for what it offers. I didn’t see a staff member in the hotel, needed to check in down the road. Not a big deal but staff there was not helpful.

Undeniably a gorgeous location! Communication was a problem but only at 1st. The Expedia message did not work. You have to use WhatsApp to contact them about the door code. Parking is scary if other cars are there. It's a tight squeeze to go anywhere in Undredal though. It's a one-way road, in and out. I will never forget that view though! It was definitely worth the sketchy drive!

Very Friendly staff and quiet place. Convenient location.

I needed to sleep a night close to Flam and decided to take the touristic train and stay here on my way to Oslo. Beautiful hotel surrounded by mountains. Quiet, peaceful. Just beautiful. They have a restaurant which offered a delicious buffet. Very impressed. Definitely a spot for someone looking for tranquility. There is a trail too that can take you all the way to Flam. From here you can take the train to Myrdal station (1 stop only 3 minutes) and change trains to Oslo. Very easy!

Average hotel.

Such an historic beautiful old hotel in Solvorn, Norway for our last stay before leaving the country. We just so happened to arrive the evening of the biggest storm in the last 25 years and our room was right in front of the ferry/dock to see all the action. As we arrived later in the day we were too exhausted to dine there so they brought us nice sandwiches and champagne upon arrival too.
