Fantastic breakfast. Lots of variety and great service. Beautiful views from all rooms and the restaurant. Trail into town is much better than the road.

Staff was awesome! Food was excellent! Location was amazing! The only drawback is the rooms need updating to match. Room was certainly clean but bathroom was small and room a bit tight. We only had one night to spend and all three couples enjoyed the too short amount of time immensely. Staff was so friendly and totally on it. We lingered in the pool as long as possible then stayed late into the evening at the lovely table they’d set up outside for us. Montemarcello is such a cute village and the tiny coffee shop on the tiny square had the best warm croissant I ate on our entire trip. We will be back!

Villa Anita was absolutely delightful. It was our favorite hotel during our five week trip. Crystel provided invaluable advice that helped us optimize our itinerary. She is a gem! Rosana from the kitchen staff is also amazing and so friendly! The decor is so tasteful and classy without being pretentious. The setting is so peaceful and scenic. Laundry service was quite expensive, and our refrigerator did make noise at night until unplugged (they fixed it the next day), but overall I would give Villa Anita a grade of A+. (We had an upgraded room with balcony.)
